This project involves demolition of existing electrical circuits and lighting in a large plaza area located between several buildings on the Vanderbilt University campus.
Water damage to campus facilities located underneath the plaza caused the water barrier imbedded in the plaza surface be replaced. After replacement of the water barrier, the plaza is being reconfigured and new electrical circuits, lighting and landscape accents are being installed by Harlan. The project is being performed in ten phases in order to maintain a clear path for ingress and egress at all times through this major public thoroughfare of campus pedestrian traffic.
Additionally in August of 2012 Harlan completed the Vanderbilt Critical Care Tower 7th Floor build-out and later the build-out of the10th floor critical care tower and a new bank of elevators.
